Team leader, manager, technical director and production coordinator responsible for facilitating a seemless transition through each document and administrative phase. Daily client contact, coordination with other disciplines, staff training and development. Worked on a wide array of building types from office, industrial, retail, hospitality, to convention center and residential (high-rise) projects.

Daily activity involved multi-tasking as primary client liason, project manager, project architect, specification writer, technical quality and professional liability reviewer on multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. Full involvement in fee proposals, manpower budget and scheduling assessments, personenel reviews, staff training and development.

In addition to daily project architect/manager activity, had involvement in development of fee proposals, active input at weekly staffing meetings, staff training and development, contact tracking and marketing. Also helped to develop an in-house specification standard.
