After nearly 20 years as an Operations and Human Resources Executive in Corporate America, I decided to branch out and also follow my passion of Coaching - health, wellness and mindset. I help others achieve the type of lifestyles that they never thought possible: whether through meeting their personal health and fitness goals; through gaining their financial independence through business ownership and entrepreneurship; or through helping them take control of their mindsets to drive more effective decision-making and produce action-oriented lifestyles. Being able to help people AND teams succeed (both in a corporate setting, and as a business owner and entrepreneur, is extremely rewarding). I was blessed to able to reenter the corporate landscape in late 2021, and since then I have been able to get back into leading, guiding and developing large teams. Currently, I am a Senior Director of Field Operations for the Champions Brand under the KinderCare Learning Companies umbrella. Additionally, I am the owner of ADLav Enterprises, LLC which specializes in vending and merchant services businesses, and I'm an Owner and Franchisee at The Exercise Coach, LLC. The Exercise Coach is a high-tech health and fitness franchise which delivers maximum fitness and fat loss results with just two, 20 minute high-tech workouts a week. This was not my first foray into entrepreneurship or business ownership. I am the Founder and Principal of Lav Enterprises, which operated from 2017 to 2021. Lav Enterprises (operating as Lavenderprizes.com and DwightCoaches.com) provided senior-level strategic and tactical human resources, operations and leadership development consulting services across a variety of disciplines. Philosophy: It’s in my DNA to help people succeed and teach what I know for their success. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone experience the euphoria of a goal being achieved.
