Vice President, Consulting Services Manager. Supervised four (4) separate consulting divisions of United Bankers'​ Bank. (1) BankValue Advisory Services provides stock valuations, market analysis, merger and acquisition assistance, branch analysis, risk management, and other consulting services to community bankers and their customers in an approximate 14 state area. (2) USource is an on call human resources management service that provides banks with assistance on employment law, employee manuals, job descriptions, performance evaluations, HR audits, salary and benefits information, employee surveys, etc. (3) UTrust is UBB's investment portfolio management service for those banks where portfolio management is not your first priority, and (4) Compliance Services, which provides banks with offsite and onsite compliance assistance. In addition to working on client-specific projects, my responsibilities included conducting presentations for individual clients and groups of bankers on issues covering the above areas as well as various other financial management and bank regulatory topics. Internal UBB duties included chairing the Asset Liability Management Committee and the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
