Mr. Stenseth’s background includes several decades of diverse experience in real estate investment, capital placement, property redevelopment, asset management and disposition of all types of real estate properties. His expertise is structuring transactions that benefit investors and property sellers as well as providing benefit to communities.For the last 25 years, he has specialized in the acquisition and redevelopment of Brownfield properties including urban mixed-use, residential and commercial assets. He has served in various executive positions throughout his career, including as a partner and managing director of a $2 billion international Brownfield investment fund and redevelopment company where he was responsible for the acquisition and redevelopment of Brownfield sites across the US, Europe and Canada. He has directed the acquisition or disposition of over $1 billion of real estate assets. Mr. Stenseth holds an MBA from Regis University in Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Stenseth is based in Denver, CO and is active in numerous charities and non-profit organizations throughout the area.
