CurrentI have more than twenty years of litigation experience representing clients in various state and federal courts and administrative agencies as a trial and appellate advocate. I handle matters related to products liability and class action defense, toxic tort and environmental claims, insurance coverage disputes, and other complex business disputes. I regularly represent clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in connection with corrective action plans (recalls), civil penalties and reports and investigations under the Consumer Product Safety Act.
