A recent venture, the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), globally explores the integration of managerial and social sciences in personal life management. I worked with PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development, a subsidiary of KALLA Group, where my focus was on ensuring quality construction and adherence to standards.Key Contributions:- Conducted 2-3 inspections weekly, covering prep, process, and finishing stages.- Identified and addressed deviations in construction standards, averaging 40% of cases during process jobs.- Contributed to the inspection and quality control of three new housing complexes.

- Responsible for drafting building designs, with a focus on junior high school classrooms, utilizing AutoCAD software.- Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive and detailed architectural plans, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.- Take on the additional role of an Inspection Engineer, conducting on-site inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with the approved designs and meets quality standards.- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, site inspections, and project progress, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

- Worked closely with Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa (GoTo Group) to manage their Oxygen Generator Donations,- Communicated with, facilitated and coordinated project volunteers across the islands of Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi regarding their needs to support the monitoring of the project- Oversaw the shipping, storing, and installation of Oxygen Generators in 10 hospitals,- Provided administrative and clerical support including invoices, clearance from governmental bodies and other involved stakeholders, managing schedules, and bi-weekly reporting to upper management- Communicated with stakeholders regarding the handling, distribution, storing, and installation of Oxygen Generators- Worked closely with volunteers to ensure project development meet specifications.

I worked as a student intern for one of the National Strategic Projects of Indonesia as a requirement to pass the Practical Work Course. The project is the construction of a dam along with all the necessary waterworks including the reservoir and its spillway that is located in the village of Kuwil Kawangkoan, North Sulawesi. The dam is planned to be at full capacity of 23.37 cubic meters and to reduce flood discharge up to 282 m³/second. The project was on tender by Ministry for Public Works and Human Settlements (PUPR) and split into 2 packages which are the construction of the Main Dam by PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. and the other is the construction of the Spillway by PT Nindya Karya (Persero).Key activities:- Surveyed ~90 ha of the lands using Electronic Total Station equipment in preparation for the construction of the dam's spillway which is planned to be at a capacity of 23.35 cubic meters and to reduce flood discharge up to 282 cubic meters/second- Supervised the grouting process during construction of inlet and outlet tunnels all the way to its tailrace
