Project : PLTU Sulut-1 CFSPP (2X50 MW)Scope : Cooling Water System, Feedwater System, Light Fuel Oil (LFO) System, Boiler System, Turbine-Generator System, Condensor, Condensate System, LP Heater, HP Heater, Vacuum Priming System, Ash Handling System, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) System• Perform individual test all rotating equipment in Boiler and turbine area includes bump test,motor solo run and load run• Stroke test of valves,dampers and function test of opened-closed feedback• Flushing and cleaning the line as required commissioning test items prior start-up operation or inservice the line • Sequence,Interlock,Protection test all equipment and system as required in commissioning scope• Conduct start-up operation and maintain power plant in normal operation due to execute commissioning test items in safe condition• Ensure all equipment and systems work according to its specification and standard operation related vendor’s suggestion and then technical datasheet • Coordination and work closely with Boiler vendor (Sumitomo Heavy Industries/SHI), Turbine Vendor (Siemens), and other division during commissioning period• Provide technical support throughout commissioning period as required scope area

Project : PLTU Timor-1 CFSPP (2X50 MW)Scope : Turbine-Generator System, Condensor, Condensate System, LP Heater, HP Heater, Vacuum Priming System, Cooling Water System• Perform individual test all rotating equipment includes bump test, Motor solo run, load run• Stroke test of valves and function test of opened-closed feedback• Flushing line of BOP area and turbine package prior preparation inservice the line• Support turbine vendor (Siemens) prior Sequence,Interlock and protection test • Ensure all equipment and systems work according to its specification and standard operation related vendor’s suggestion• Execute start-up operation and maintain power plant in safe condition especially in BOP and turbine area• Coordination and work closely with turbine vendor (Siemens) during power plant in commissioning period• Provide technical support during commissioning period in BOP and turbine area

Project : PLTU Jawa 9&10 Ultra-Supercritical CFSPP (2X1000 MW)Scope : Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Cooling Water System, Intake System, Electro-Chlorination Plant (ECP), Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG), Hydrogen (H2) Plant, Auxiliary Boiler, Light Fuel Oil (LFO), Demin Water System, Portable Water System, Service Water System• Participate in kick off meetings with main contractor prior deliver work progress, daily planning and weekly planning• Prepare document and documentation prior testing equipment includes RFI (Request For Inspection), PTW (Permit to Work), JSA (Job Safety Analysys), testing procedure, ITP (Inspection Testing Plan), ITR (Inspection Testing Result), Daily and weekly report, as required and supplied to administrator main contractor• Maintain work progress conducted in line with expectation against schedule and milestone using S-Curve method as required by management • Record punchlist all division during testing/commissioning period and deliver to main contractor • Provide Instrument & Control (I&C), Electrical, Mechanical tools and material as required all division

Project : PLTU 2X7.5 MW Scope : Turbine-Generator System, Boiler System, Feedwater System, Condensor, Condensate System, Ash Handling System, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)• Perform individual test all rotating equipment includes bump test,motor solo run and load run• Stroke test of valves and dampers and function test of opened-closed feedback• Support install,continuity,loop test,validation signal and input upper and lower range of transmitter (Pressure,Temperature,Flow)• Turbine lube oil flushing due to preparation steam admission turbine• Sequence,Interlock and Protection test for all scope system• Perform boiler first firing,steam blowing, turbine steam admission, generator synchronized and normal operation into COD (Commercial of Date) milestone had been finished• Execute start-up operation and maintain power plant during normal operation• Coordination and work closely with turbine & generator vendor (Shin Nippon Machinery) during turbine & generator test/commissioning • Handle administrative work related testing report,daily report and operating procedures

Project : PLTU 1X7.5 MWScope : Cooling water system, Boiler System, Feedwater System, Turbine System, Condensate System, Ash Handling System, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)• Work closely with vendor to reach acceptance criteria throughout boiler chemical cleaning• Execute hydrotest due to boiler tube test related technical procedure• Conduct individual test all rotating equipment including bump test, motor solo run and load run• Stroke test of valves and dampers and function test of opened-closed feedback• Provide technical assistance throughout sugar production period includes predictive and corrective maintenance• Provide suggestion and supervision in start-up operation into normal operation and operating procedure improvement • Round check and take data all equipment during power plant in operation including vibration,pressure,temperature,level• Support water and steam analysis (pH,specific conductivity,silica,hardness) and water treatment (Ammonia,Sulfite, Tri sodium phosphate) during power plant in operation

Project : Kapal Cepat Rudal W300 & W301I interned in the warship division, machinery outfitting & hull outfitting department. During my internship, I learned about the propulsion components of warships, the pre-alignment of propulsion systems and also the philosophical knowledge of warship design. In addition to learning, I also assisted in the work of pre-alignment of propulsion systems, loading mechanical equipments and marking equipment positition as per drawing.The output of my internship was that I proposed to change the pre-alignment method from wire to laser. On the basis that when using wire, the pre-alignment is often broken due to welding sparks. The effect is that the processing time becomes long and ineffective. The use of lasers can be an alternative because the nature of laser light is straight, transparent and can minimize the possibility of tilting.
