Warehouse Handling - Manage incoming and outgoing stock (including loading & unloading activities - coordinate with warehouse side (customer service/marketing/warehouse workers) - apply insurance for stock in warehouse - check and update stock regularly - create delivery order for warehouse loading- assist Team Leader to check warehouse invoice and make expenses list based on shipment and PO number before inpit to SAP- manage warehouse stock report Logistics Handling (Local Delivery) - Arrange the delivery plan to customers - Booking trucking, inform vehicle & driver details to warehouse and customer and coordinate with all of then until cargo delivered to customer - Create delivery order (DO) for customer cargo delivery - Apply insurance for trucking to customer - Follow up signed customer DO to apply credit insurance to ASEI - Follow up insurance invoice to ASEI - SAP handling (create sales order, delivery order, good issue, billing)

• Monitoring inbound goods of sparepart from supplier to warehouse• Monitoring outbound/orders goods to CKM Branch, Service Center, and Dealers around Indonesia• Prepare and complete orders for delivery/pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)• Cooperate with logistic to pickup and send goods• Control every stocks, make sure all stock between system and actual is match• Monthly order goods from supplier and manufacture• Tracking goods from pickup by logistics until arrive at destination point, and checking lead time of supply goods• Making warehouse layout, set up pickup zone, and set up location all type of goods
