Daily Activity :- Provididing first level technical support on any cybersecurity incident- Monitoring system alert and taking action when necessary including investigating system error or failures, resolving issues related to user access and escalating issues to higher level when necessary- Performing regular security maintenance task such a update or patches to ensure tools can functioning properly - Threat hunting, developing and managing hypothesis process- Provide support to user and administration on the use of tools security solution- Colaboration with teams to creating daily, weekly and monthly report- Monitoring performance of XDR, antivirus and Email security solution and identifying any potential issues- Perform deep-dive incident analysis by correlating data from various sources- Determines and directs remediation for any security incident- Reviews and collects asset data on the impacted system for further investigation- Provide correlation and trending of cyber events, alert, and incident activity- Generates end-of-shift reports for documentation and knowledge transfer to subsequent analysts on duty- Conduct research on emerging security threatsWeekly Activity :- Device Inventory management, updating the device inventory including, adding new device, resting old device and updating device information- Incident management including reviewing and responding to security incident- Compliance reporting including generating and reviewing report to ensure that security tools like Email security and device security solution follows standards required by organization- Ensure that the team's performance meets the SLA- Maintin the timely delivery of reports
