FairRidge is a network of management consultants with extensive experience in corporate strategy and sustainability. Codeveloped a unique, proprietary tool: the Sustainability Management Maturity Model, or "SM3." Tool models the adoption and implementation of sustainability into a company's DNA, using quantitative methods to enable easy measurement and action. Developed and presented a workshop on the SM3 at the 2009 Opportunity Green conference.

Collaborated with Red Bull's Director of Sustainability to pitch, launch, and develop sustainability at Red Bull. Central focus was to create and implement a sustainability strategy consistent with Red Bull's unique values and identity. Program was built by working on short term wins to build consensus and executive support. Concurrently developed a long-term sustainability strategy.Implemented cross-departmental portfolio of initiatives to reach targets. Worked with other departments including: Sales, Events, Marketing, Operations, Production, HR, Legal, Distributors, Fleet, etc. Over three years, projects saved Red Bull over $1.5M in operating costs.

At Wells Fargo, I worked owned communications/coordination within the team that developed the company's first mobile banking application, a mobile web- and SMS-based solution.

At the Exploratorium, I ran the High School Explainer Department, a youth development and visitor services program that employs teens as trained docents on the museum floor. Program goals were to teach the Exploratorium's learning/teaching model to our staff, deliver excellent visitor services, and provide a safe and supportive environment for teens.Required daily management of up to 40 educational floor staff ("Explainers").

Taught conversational English for one year in Mulhouse (France), and a second year on Reunion Island (France, overseas department); became fluent in French.
