One of my key achievements was the timely and seamless execution of the Cloud build and migration program at the University, which helped us win the renewal of a 5-year IBM Cloud contract.I spearheaded a highly visible ITSM program at the Ontario Pension Board, taking over the "On-premise" Data Center, Cloud DR site build & Migration, Office365 implementation, ServiceNow implementation, Service Desk, Desk Side set up, Resiliency set up, Asset Management.Another significant project I led was a massive 1-year SD-WAN and WLAN transformation program for 25+ global sites across 5 countries. Despite its scale, we consistently met milestones for value. I evaluated, defined, and completed a transition program by establishing a business case for a new Cloud Managed Service built and migration of PeopleSoft & Non-People Soft applications for a university. During this project, I identified gaps in the networking solution, negotiated with the customer for an alternate interim VPN solution, and avoided a 2-month delay on a critical Go-Live date prior to the University freeze period of Aug and Sep 2015. Furthermore, I managed the wired and wireless network refresh and security modernization of the Cisco Wired and wireless network, within 2 months, prioritizing client needs and managing year-end budgets. I also directed all phases of a tactical program to migrate SAP Application and Database from a legacy environment to a customer "on-premise" solution for an automotive supply chain organization.
