Over the course of my life, photography has always been a personal hobby focused mainly on landscape, still life, and objects. In 2009, I became branched out into other areas such as product, food, architectural, and portrait photography. Between 2005-2007, I worked in rental office assisting rental agents and property manager with day-to-day office support and leasing activities. In 2007, moved to main headquarters to handle marketing activities including attendance at the Northshore Business Expo, email marketing, residential newsletter production and miscellaneous web and graphic design projects. I was project lead for the redesign and production of four websites for the company's residential properties.I currently produce the residential newsletter for three properties on a quarterly basis.

Starting as an onsite housing coordinator and hotel liaison, my primary role was to work with convention hotels to assure that all reservations booked through Ambassadors were recorded in the hotel system. I also worked as liaison between the hotels, convention management and attendees to work out discrepancies and settle issues that might arise.As Onsite Manager, I managed an onsite staff of 2-14 coordinators depending on the conference. In the day-to-day management of staff while onsite, I was responsible for collecting hotel occupancy performance numbers which were compiled in daily reports to Conference Management. I was also responsible for making sure the housing desk was staffed during convention hours and for helping to resolve any issues that arose related to hotel reservations. From 2004-2006, I assisted the Onsite Operations Manager with conference staffing for 10-15 conventions per year across the US. This included analyzing conference timelines and staff availability, booking staff for assignments, making travel arrangements for onsite staff, assigning hotel coverage zones in conference cities, and communication with onsite staff before and during conferences.

As a Program Manager working for Event Builders, my involvement included working on planning and executing logistics for small to large meetings and events. I worked on meetings and trade shows ranging from a small, 8-city board meeting to a 22-city technology road tour. I've also managed the housing and shipping components of a large annual meeting for Lotus Development Corporation.
