Project was successfully completed on budget, and on time through creative risk mitigation and great team work.* Innovative use of VoIP, microwave, dry circuits and partnerships to provide service to remote areas at a saving of over 90% of existing costs.* Consolidated existing administrative computing systems to automate manual practices resulting in freeing 20 hours of staff time per month and reduced errors by 80%. * Selected to serve as Acting Director while incumbent was on extended disability for over a year. During that time department continued to grow and new training initiative were instituted.* Made presentations at national venues. Topics included ACD systems, Emergency Notification Systems, Social networking, VoIP, and Disaster Recovery.
