Who am I? I'm a person who found my passion in the last place I ever expected. I became a recruiter, initially, because I didn't like the type of people that were joining the Air Force and felt I should either 'put up or shut up' so decided to put up. I changed my career trajectory from Food Service to helping shape the future of the Air Force.A funny thing happened along the way, and I found that I really, really, really loved being able to help people start/realize their goals in life. Many times that meant joining the Air Force to get on the right path. Just as many times, if not more, it was "Hey, maybe you should try XXXX instead. I think you might be a lot happier there."It was an eye-opening experience and one I to continue to this day. When I talk with potential candidates I want to find out what interests them and see if there is a way I can see to help them move toward their goals. I love recruiting and helping people so much, that I started a consultation business, Musketeer Consulting Services, LLC ( www.musketeerconsultingllc.com ) to help companies and individuals achieve their goals and dreams. Let's connect and see if we can find your passion."Be passionate and love what you do or do something else!"
