I am privileged to work with amazing companies to make positive change, helping them to be adaptive, iterative, and customer-centric. I have over 17 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and leading agile transformations, using various frameworks and methods such as Agile, Systems Thinking (Open Systems, Viable Systems Model, Critical Systems Heuristics and Systems Dynamics), Vertical Leadership (Adult development), Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.My mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations to enable the ideals of working in connection and relationship, finding joy through learning an growing together, and be wise in how they reach their strategic goals by creating work structures that get them there sooner. The world is complex, uncertain, and changing constantly it can only be made sense of with openness, curiosity, and collaboration. I am passionate about applying Systems Thinking and Open Systems Theory to understand the systems at play and create better places to work. I am a co-founder of SystemsAtPlay meetup group, a certified Agile Leader, and a frequent speaker and facilitator at agile events and workshops.
