Established the Program Management Office and drove the implementation of the Planview project portfolio management solution. Instituted program/project standards for developing business cases and financial modeling, identifying, collecting and organizing disparate data, resource capacity planning, allocation and consumption, ongoing dashboard monitoring of portfolio performance.Achieved significant improvements in senior leadership decision-making and insuring +/- 5-10% delivery on budget, on time, and in scope through adherence to project management processes and standards, proactively navigating complex connections across projects, ensuring optimal realization of the value propositions.Spearheaded the annual IT portfolio planning and quarterly forecasting to align with business strategy. Launch of UHG Technologies R&D and Innovation demonstration prototype of the enterprise’s first telemedicine solution through the merging of teleconferencing technology with medical equipment utilizing telemetry.Delivered for UHG Technologies Enterprise Technical Services the Cisco TelePresence system as an enterprise-wide teleconferencing solution with 3-5% annual savings in travel costs providing an 18-month ROI payback.
