Most recently, I have been working with a diverse team of developers all over the world, designing and maintaining systems to run businesses in the manufacturing, health care, trades, and even an acupuncture center's operating system. I supplement those systems with skills in copy writing, website content creation, video tutorials, and business workflow analysis.At the same time, I have been helping an acupuncture practice management software company in start-up mode, innovating nearly all the systems the company needs, including marketing, FileMaker solutions, databases, website design, instructional videos, email and phone support, and an online software manual.In the clinical research field, I have designed systems and correspondence for an IRB, expanded a Site Management Organization, optimized and written research protocols, consent forms, and recruitment materials, and launched my own website of research cartoons! I also worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years, in ever-increasing levels of enthusiastic responsibility. My career path began in the back office, and led me towards the administrative and technical side of the medical field as a Front Office Manager. I have a tremendous skill set and wide-ranging abilities and interests, coupled with above-average communication and relationship skills. I bring an amazing level of creativity to everything I do!I have always enjoyed communicating clearly, concisely, and accurately, with maximum efficiency.
