I have more than 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, 5 of which I spent in management. I spent most of that time in retail. I recently took a new job opportunity to work from home as a Customer Service Representative for CVS Health. I enrolled in college in 2021 to study accounting and finance. I currently have a 4.0 gpa and plan on finishing my associates degree in the spring of 2023.I pride myself in the details. I have learned over the years that if you don't plan, you won't accomplish anything. Planning plays a key role in time management and success. Everything I do, I do for my children. I share my successes with them in hopes that they will want to be successful as well.
