• Lead a team of Program managers, Learning Designer, and Product People to provide guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources and allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and project requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Plan, create, and develop digital educational products to provide an enjoyable learning experience
• Cooperate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered throughout the software development life cycle (build, test and release on time).
• Manage technical projects or programs, create and track milestones, and plan for the many moving parts that must come together.
• Keeping track of complete product definition documentation (user stories, product requirements, etc)

• Assisting business development for MSMEs in the West Java area in the field of marketing
• Provide marketing consulting to MSMEs in West Java
• Provide marketing education to business practitioners in West Java

• Create Digital Marketing Campaign. Develop, present, execute, and report on campaigns.
• Develop Relationship with clients. Responsible for understanding client’s goal and communicating with them throughout the course of their campaign.
• Generate content and run advertisement on various social platform. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads.

• Maintain and collaborate with local artist and musician to improve the show and its performance to gain listener.
• Manage content creation for daily broadcast, working alongside with 10-member broadcasting team.
• Delivering Content through air in daily basis.
