Responsible for variety of internal and external customer service and sales rep inquiries, via telephone and email, A/R, month-end support and inventory.A/R responsibilities included: bank deposits, cash application, monitoring and collecting on overdue A/R, escalated problem accounts to management, contributed to management weekly sales flash report*Ensured timely closing of sales and A/R, reconciled inventory, prepared journal entries, reconciled foreign exchange resulting in accuracy and that departmental deadlines were met*Monitored inventory at distribution centres.
