In 1996 I started working with Web Development and Marketing, mostly with political candidates. I learned community and grassroots organization in the political world at that time.I joined the US Navy in 2003 and worked in Aircraft Firefighting at sea. While there I was trained in leadership and conflict resolution. I also learned risk management, emergency management during 7 years of service.In 2006 I started volunteering time with Ubuntu Linux and learning about Open Source solutions. Since that time I have spoken at multiple open source conferences and have served as a community leader for Ubuntu Linux in California, USA. I was documentation specialist for Ubuntu writing help docs for users and guidance documents for developers. I worked with bug triage and working with users to help identify bugs and solutions. I also worked with KDE and Kubuntu developers as a liaison between the developers and community to better help both sides communicate better with each other.In 2017 I started a podcast (Wonderbury) and with my partner we released an episode a week with a wide range of topics. In July of 2018 I started Livestreaming on Twitch. I have since become a Twitch Affiliate and stream 6 nights a week. I am looking for a career where I can use my diverse skills.
