Developed enrollment strategies for recruitment, retention, matriculation, and transfer of Hispanic Student Applicants resulting in an increase of 2000+ applications annually. Manage a 5 year, $2.9 Million Title V Grant from receipt of application to graduation and transfer involving communication with applicants, fundraising for non-grant covered activities, and developing additional workshops and programs. Create training and development programs for all professional staff hired across 3 campuses under the $12 Million Title V Grant.

Created and led training for 30+ new professional staff to present at professional domestic and international student affairs conferences. Wrote $1.4 Million TRIO Student Support Services Grant which was awarded for first generation, low income students to successfully graduate and transfer to universities.

Analyzed past recruitment efforts in assigned Texas region to (re)establish recruitment relationships which resulted in a 5% increase in applications and 3% increase in enrollment. Coordinated recruitment travel, presentations, lunchroom visits, and other recruitment related programming for 50,000+ prospective undergraduate students.
