Currently serving as the Director of Logistics, I am responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations across my organization of 517 security professionals. My role involves supervising 7 work centers within the finance and readiness functional areas, acting as the principal logistics advisor to executive leaders.In this capacity, I manage end-to-end operations, including the execution of a $3.2M annual budget, asset procurement, project life-cycle management, client system administrative services, temporary assignments, warehouse operations, and the supply of $30M in equipment (vehicles, weapons, tactical gear, etc.) to support the commercial space industry.With a robust background spanning over 19 years in security and logistics roles, I've honed skills in source selection, information security, and project management. My focus is on delivering efficient, effective, and secure logistics solutions for diverse missions and projects.
