• Responsible for all aspects of managing a several hundred-million-dollar portfolio of client relationships within the Bank’s Receivables Purchase Program• Key duties include:o Negotiating and structuring credit parameters with prospects & existing clients in industries such as commercial equipment financing, consumer term financing, mortgages, insurance premium financing, etc.o Credit underwriting- detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis and modeling to design profitable, risk-appropriate programs in accordance with risk appetite.o Financial modelling to understand and mitigate risk, via cash holdbacks, performance triggers, reporting requirements, etc.o First line of defence in ongoing portfolio management; maintain oversight on performance and address any negative trends.o Working closely with external legal counsel to ensure all required program elements are properly captured in legal documentation.o Review and sign-off on funding documentation after all required procedural elements have been properly executed. o Collaborating extensively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure understanding & cooperation, and to efficiently process transactions and manage customer funding programs.

Wells Fargo purchased GE Capital CDF in March 2016- Directed all aspects of commercial strategy & execution for a national portfolio of revolving lines of credit in wholesale inventory finance. Credit lines range from $1MM-$50MM+.- Led a team of ~20 sales professionals to convert prospects, and increase share of wallet with existing customers in served industries (including Recreational products -RV, Marine, Motorsports- Technology, Electronics and Appliances.)- Negotiated national programs with manufacturers to provide specialized wholesale financing for their dealer networks. Ensure coordination & execution between Manufacturer sales teams and Dealer sales teams- Balanced growth objectives with maintaining credit quality and superior ROI- Provided leadership and oversight as a member of Senior Leadership Team for company-wide strategic priorities, long-range planning, as well as optimizing day-to-day operations.
