I am currently a Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Manager for a local organization helping them achieve the ISO14001 and ISO45001 (Previously OHSAS18001) and ISO9001 certification. I specialize in the creation of management systems that achieve these international standards. My work ethic is based around one key element – KIS, Keep It Simple. I take a step back, and where possible, make the entire management system simple to understand, so that the management team can run the HSQE system effectively, without relying heavily on the specialist knowledge of the HSQE manager, who in turn can be working on the more important aspects of HSQE management.My pragmatic and analytical business skills allow me to set up cognitive and easy to manage HSQE management systems for large groups of people to use.
