Requisitions, receives, stores, issues, segregates, cares, preserves, inspects, and accurately inventories all equipment and repair parts, processes any items in line with local policy for processing into Defense Reutilization Management System (DRMS) with higher headquarters, and all requisite agencies. Ensures proper disposition of sensitive equipment through localized destruction. Prepares correspondence in accordance with AR 25-50 and maintain vehicle fleet management within the GSA Drive THRU system. Updates and maintains unit file library in accordance with local standards and policy for accounting through standardized operating procedures and local policy letters. Ensures unit compliance with all inspection checklists through INSCOM and DoD.
