The role was to create a pathway to success for a project that had been struggling to get off the ground. It was part of a larger business configuration programme. The project was focused on third party integration to simplify and enhance the offering by Phoenix. Key Achievements• Created and resourced a functional plan within budget.• Working with the team, engaged various stakeholders across the spectrum to show current software capabilities and projected improvements.• Onboarded the third party and engaged them in the initial plan and future planning.• Provided consultancy to create a team structure that would be effective and could flex to the integration of the third party.

Diageo is a global FMCG focused in the beverage sector. The role was to bring a new phase in Diageo’s Cyber journey from its shelf, through conception, to in flight. This would incorporate several workstreams to improve network security, invigorate collaborative working between IT and OT, and provide information and status reports of 35 key sites, with scalability options to 159 sites. Budget was secured for 8M GBP per year. Key Achievements• Providing consultancy to improve the Digital Manufacturing Groups aim of uplifting the cyber posture across Diageo estate.• Setting up and Leading Diageo Global Technical Design Authority.• From Programme inflight to current state, it has delivered to a high quality line, on time and below budget month on month. • Continued vendor and supplier negotiations, has to date, saved 800k GBP.

Given a project to create an education programme for the region within one month.
