As a QA Engineer, I work alongside the Engineering team in ensuring that all functionality is fully functional and bug free. Additionally, I bring a user-facing perspective towards the software development to ensure that the user experience is prioritized.I also serve as the Community Manager and handle majority of the user interactions and technical support. In this position I have utilized Wordpress and most recently, Zendesk to handle Support Tickets and also developed a full Youtube Tutorial series to introduce users into the Unreal workflow.
