I am currently focused on expanding my knowledge and skillset in the mental health industry, particularly in counselling. Although my career journey has predominantly been within the building industry, through observation and personal experiences in both my professional and personal life, I have seen the stigma around mental health, especially the belief that difficult times should be endured alone. This has motivated me to challenge these outdated ideas and promote open conversations and education to encourage people of all ages, especially younger generations, to seek support without feeling ashamed or ridiculed.
