Primarily responsible for designing, developing and programming the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the operation of municipal water and wastewater treatment plants using Ignition HMI (Inductive Automation) and Wonderware (Aveva Software). I integrate systems and architect solutions to improve operational performance for our customers. I remediate SCADA/HMI problems and escalations including industrial, mechanical and electrical issues as well as cyber security attacks.

After selling Viant, LLC, my focus for a quarter was integrating our systems, financials, customer base and service offerings into United Technology Group (UTG) while continuing to provide our customers with the excellence to which they were accustomed.At our first management team retreat I transitioned to Senior Management Team position as Director of Finance and Administration reporting to the CEO. I managed the Finance and Administration team, overseeing Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and Staffing, Recruiting, Facility Management, Procurement and Internal IT. As a member of the Senior Management Team, I collaborated with the Executive Team and Board of Directors in the top-level direction of the company as we implemented and followed EOS as a framework to manage our entire organization.

I partnered with a friend to build a an IT Consulting and Managed Services Firm that was eventually acquired by larger IT provider. As part owner and COO, I helped shape our service offerings and managed our Support Desk team. Responsible for the company's financial operations and reporting, I drove our internal process improvement, migrated our accounting systems, and implemented ConnectWise as our Practice Management System and CRM. Although our customers came from many different industries, Viant capitalized on the experience we had in the financial sector and became a niche IT service provider focused in the financial planning, legal services, and family wealth management sectors.

AVI, Inc. was a premier systems integration company serving high-end residential customers and small commercial applications. As the IT Director I managed the internal IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Altigen PBX, Email System (MS Exchange), and corporate ERP system (Sage - MAS 200). I successfully migrated the company's accounting system from Quickbooks to Sage - MAS 200 and implemented a custom developed sales quoting tool. On the customer facing side of the business I productized the company's IT service offering into solutions that were scalable, documented, and easily serviced.
