Current•Work directly with corporate leadership to understand strategic & tactical goals to effectively deliver appropriate Infrastructure services and capabilities.•Day-to-day management of datacenter teams including database, network, systems, and frontline operations.•Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by providing strategic vision, leadership, training, and mentoring.•Instrumental in formation and management of IT PMO and ongoing work to improve the IT organization.•Creation and management of interview and training process for all new hires to build and maintain successful teams.•Lead and manage long term I&O strategy and technology upgrades over 3-5 year cycles.•Risk management and mitigation across I&O initiatives, IT projects, and daily support.•Vendor and contract management for all I&O initiatives, maintenance, and services.•Analyze and solve complex problems and manage conflict in an information technology service team setting to drive effciency across IT organization.•Plan, prepare, and manage operational (Capital and Expense) budgets, in collaboration with CIO/CFO and other IT departments. Maintain a flat budget while driving cost savings through upgrades year over year.•Development and tracking of analytics to maintain I&O success and manage SLAs; consistently drive 99% datacenter uptime.•Manage the full I&O project lifecycle from the business case to delivery and transition to operations support.•Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet business and system requirements. •Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and customers to gather functional and technical requirements and oversee the communications.•Effectively communicate project milestones, objectives, and expectations to team members and stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.•Maintain department policies, procedures, and communication (i.e. project methodology, project sites, project plans, operating procedures, announcements, and outage communication.)
