I have ben working in the food and beverage industry for twenty years. The last ten have been spent in the beautiful city of Charleston, SC. My focus has primarily been in higher end fine dining establishments but have experience working in a variety of settings. I've been able to use this experience to bring a personalized experience to the guest based on their wants and needs. I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be in a profession that shares so much with my personal interests.
