I joined Alpha Kappa Psi in October of 2008 and was elected to become the Vice President of Membership in March of 2010. I served on an Executive Board, led pledge meetings and the entire pledge process, and oversaw the Brotherhood Committee. I became an Alumni in June of 2011 and continue to stay involved.

I spent 10 weeks working as an Executive Store Intern in the Eugene store and was able to gain experience in retail, management, and leadership. At the conclusion of my time at Target, I presented a project that improved training compliance at my store that could be extended to other stores in the district, region, group, and company.
