Built and manage Asia Pacific team to deliver Pre-Sales and Product Marketing support for Nortel Metro Ethernet solutions portfolio.

Built and led APJ team to successfully penetrate penetrate new markets and accounts for Nortel Carrier Data Solutions across region. Particularly success achieved in Korea where with revenue growing four-fold over 1.5 years.

Started Bay's business in the Carrier and ISP market for Australia and New Zealand. Sucessfully penetrated these markets and elevated Bay Networks into position of market share leader.

Responsible for all Technical Pre-Sales activities initally for Australia/New Zealand and subsequently Asia Pacific. This included customer consultation, solution design, channel briefing and training across the region.

Pre-sales technical support on IBM Communications (SNA and LAN) products for Banking and Finance Sector customers. Also responsible for supporting IBM's wholesale banking solutions in International Funds Transfer, back office functions to Treasury and Dealing Room systems.
