As the leader of Tecdia's presence in North America, Middle East, Europe and South America, I oversee all Sales, R&D, Production, and Operations activities. With a strong focus on innovation, I provide direction and guidance to global teams in developing and launching new product lines through both incremental and radical innovation. My responsibilities include market analysis for existing and upcoming products, sales potential identification, and the formulation of comprehensive business and product development strategies. I also cultivate and expand collaborations to support our overall business goals, review and advise on contracts and business plans, and manage supply chain, QA, and business development teams. Additionally, I approve R&D budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the USA office. My expertise is concentrated on RF and optical components, such as passives, phase shifters, varactors, impedance controllers, pressure sensors, EO modulators, frequency combs, photodiodes, laser diodes, and other semiconductor or dielectric components crucial in defense, aerospace, and commercial communications.

Lead efforts for new product development on all Technical, Marketing and Sales fronts. With a team of business minded engineers, brainstorm incremental and radical new product lines, define markets, identify potential sales and layout development roadmaps. Maintain relationships with collaborators and analyze feedback on prototypes and beta products. Tackle technical hurdles as needed. Review and advise all contracts and business plans with partners, sub-contractors, and vendors. Oversee supply chain management, development, QA and business development teams. Establish and oversee "Plan to Inventory", "Demand to Build" and "Design to Release" process flows as well as advise on overall ERP system. Create, review and approve all experiments and investigations related to developmental projects. Product focus on RF and optical components such as, passives, phase shifters, varactors, impedance controllers, EO modulators, frequency combs, photo diodes, laser diodes and other components used in defense, aerospace and commercial communications.
