Passionate about merging the worlds of User Experience (UX) design and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create meaningful impact. My journey began at Illinois State University, where I honed my skills in UX design, research, and programming. These courses taught me that design decisions should be rooted in research, tailored to meet user needs, and are integral to successful product development.I've translated these principles into my work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I'm dedicated to helping individuals on the autism spectrum achieve greater independence and improve their livelihoods. Just as in UX design, ABA therapy relies on rigorous research and data-driven decision-making to ensure effective treatment.My commitment to making a difference goes beyond the basics—I hold a certification in 1st Aid/CPR for all ages from the Red Cross, ensuring the safety and well-being of those I work with. As I continue to grow in this field, I aspire to pursue a Master's in ABA therapy, aiming to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
