Since joining Camerican in 2016, I’ve played a key role in helping the FSQA team transition into the GGG team. As the go-to expert for TraceGains, I manage system issues and have led efforts to align document requirements across all GGG entities. I’ve also expanded my role by assisting with customer-specific social audit requirements.I’m always seeking ways to improve processes and have streamlined workflows for supplier onboarding, FSQA approvals, corrective actions (CARs), document management, and customer portals. My focus is on keeping our suppliers compliant with GGG standards, and I work closely with the team to ensure we stay aligned and consistent in our approach.Problem-solving is one of my key strengths. I enjoy helping others not only understand how things are done, but also the “why” behind them. I take a big-picture view, considering how processes impact not just FSQA, but other departments as well.I’m passionate about process optimization and cross-department collaboration. My goal is to continue driving efficiency and innovation across my teams. Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter and my Rottie and Husky outdoors, and I never miss a chance to visit the movie theater!
