As a member of the NAFSA Trainer Corps, I am involved in several NAFSA's Core Education Program (CEP) workshops (both delivery and curriculum development) in the USA. These workshops introduce best practices and in-depth exploration of job-specific skills, in areas including international student advising, education abroad, managing the education abroad office, and intercultural communication. I trained pre-conference workshops at the NAFSA conferences in San Diego (2014) and Boston (2015), and was also part of the Trainer Corps Application Review Team. I was appointed lead-trainer for the conferences in Los Angeles (2017), and in Philadelphia (2018).
