Dyan Hall, M.Ed., currently serves as the UCI Engagement and Wellness Specialist responsible for the advancing a culture of whole-person wellness and engagement, which includes physical, mental and financial well-being while focusing on self-care. Develops, promotes and increases awareness and usage of enterprise-wide and local programs and initiatives in a hybrid work environment. In addition, Dyan is co-chair of the UC system-wide Wellness Manager Workgroup and chairs the UC system-wide wellness communications and event sub-committees. Dyan developed and leads UCI Ambassadors for enterprise wellness, campus engagement, and campus Working Well. Implements the UCI staff engagement survey (Gallup), and is a member of the UC Healthy Campus Network, UCI Staff Assembly, UCI Mental Health Initiative, UCI Smoke-Free Task Force.Dyan has over 15 years of experience in the Wellness/Health Promotion industry. Dyan started working for UCI in 2007 and has developed the UCI Wellness Program into a nationally recognized worksite wellness program. UCI has been recognized as an American Heart Association, Fit Friendly Company since 2011, was awarded the Health at Work Award from ComPsych in 2015 and was award the WorldatWork 2017 Seal of Distinction. In addition, she has developed a Public Health Intern program in the UCI Human Resources office, as well as multiple UCI HR Ambassador Programs. Prior to UCI, she worked as the Prevention Program Manager for The University of Cincinnati with the Ohio Resource Network. Dyan has a Bachelor's of Science in Education and a Master's of Education in Health Promotion from the University of Cincinnati where she studied Exercise Science and Community Health.
