● Write, copy-edit, and proofread publications for non-profit organizations.

● Led outdoor, play-based classes for babies (6 months–18 months) and older children (18 months–5 years), following a curriculum inspired by RIE, Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches. Each season lasted 10 weeks, allowing a class culture to form. As leader, I customized lesson plans to accommodate children's interests and abilities and, through both modeling and sharing resources, educated parents on child development and learning.

● Conducted grant research and reporting.● Updated and made recommendations to improve the donor database.● Publicized and circulated an ebook, "Who Controls Our Schools? The Privatization of American Public Education."

● Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, worked with a small development team within the Office of External Affairs.● Developed and implemented a comprehensive cultivation and stewardship plan for a rapidly growing donor base.● Grew Partners in Medicine and Health Care, a corporate giving program that has attracted over 100 business leaders. Proven success with lapsed and new donors.● Built a culture of philanthropy by producing written materials, posters, and social media content.● Edited marketing materials, executive correspondence, press releases, and publications.

● Managed all editorial and technical aspects of the School’s monthly, external, HTML-based e-newsletter. Researched, wrote, and edited all stories and bulletins; selected and edited photos; designed table-based HTML layout; generated email lists; and produced broadcast reports.● Produced 5-7 cultivation and stewardship events per year, including developing all event marketing materials.● Recruited and managed alumni and student volunteers, working towards maximizing class participation and engagement.● Planned and executed email marketing strategies for fundraising, donor cultivation, and events.● Wrote and edited donor/alumni correspondence, fundraising appeals, and informational emails.● Created and edited customized database reports and updated donor information.
