Includes high-level involvement for overall development and transition of SoWa district beginning in 2006 with the Center for Health & Healing, the largest medical facility to achieve LEED-Platinum in its time.Oversight of facilities start-up, commissioning and all aspects of building operations and project management such as supervision for staff, budget and financial reporting, communications with client, tenants, legal representatives and contractors, preventative maintenance programs and service, contract and lease administration. Responsible for annual operating budget of $21M and built/lead team of 34 incredibly talented people.

Responsibilities included communication with owners, tenants, leasing agents, attorneys and contractors for all aspects of property operations including staff supervision, facility maintenance programs and service, market analysis, lease and contract administration and project management. Oversaw fiscal and physical health of each property, developed relationships with each tenant and supervised all marketing campaigns. Provided budget and financial reporting, coordinated capital improvements and performed market analyses. Responsible for annual operating budget of $15M and team of 15 people.
