This has been the most challenging and rewarding job I have ever done. Started out with 1 son and continued adding on from there. Currently, have 5 sons ranging in age from 22-14 and one daughter age 12. This job has introduced me to many new skill sets including, but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, healthcare, time management, research assistant, teaching assistant/ coordinator, conflict resolution which sometimes includes hostage negotiation, creative director, and many more. The requirements for this job change daily and so I must be able to adapt quickly so I do not drown in the oncoming flood.

I do everything and anything that is needed to help make sure the production or event moves forward and is a success. To name a few I create spreadsheets, arrange and pick up items that may be needed, liaison with various people who may be involved, and many other things that may be required to get things done.Manage applications and concerns with vendors.

Communication between the board, vendors, supporters, customers, and more.set up, take down, and every aspect the comes with with opening the market.Seek out new vendors.Create marketing opportunities and events that bring awareness to the market.
