Hello! I'm a social science researcher and psychologist with the goal to elucidate how people's thoughts, feelings, & behavior can drive products, services, and initiatives to improve holistic well-being.I've worked on projects exploring partner preferences in India and globally; the role of attachment and parental relationships in romantic partner preferences; the experience of sanitation workers in India; and Indian experiences of mental health support. I'm presently a Senior Design & Qualitative Researcher at Good Business Lab, where I'm working on projects exploring the role of norms in female labour participation (FLP); improving FLP in the Indian automotive sector; evaluating training modules for adolescent girls; creating training modules for increasing women's financial access; the role of soft skills for nurses; and several others in the labour innovation space. It's fascinating to learn more about human social behavior—we only seem to be getting more interesting!
