● Created reliable data flow for high performance systems by configuring and maintaining multiple Cisco network devices across scalable networks. ● Created multiple standard operating procedures that were used to determine the correct manner in supporting more than 250 users across 5 companies. This resulted in adherence to proper security protocols and a common understanding of procedures that were able to be handed on to new employees. ● Created a ticket tracking system on SharePoint that allowed customer support to prioritize and track support cases. Customers were able to maintain awareness of ticket status without submitting requests to the helpdesk. This resulted in a systematic approach to user support as opposed to random user requests.● Frequently collaborated with program management to conduct various hardware and software upgrades which allowed for 100% equipment readiness. This helped to ensure high customer satisfaction and limited user downtime. ● Created and improved daily schedule templates with Microsoft OneNote which was used to streamline the tracking of daily tasks. Developed procedures used to archive daily workings to ensure that all completed work was properly recorded. ● Created a training schedule for more than 100 team members. Maintained records of the training for inspection purposes. This resulted in streamlined and successful inspections from headquarters.● Coordinated hardware and software upgrades for more than $10 million worth of equipment, which maintained system compliance and prevented downtime between upgrades.● Set up and maintained multiple diverse server environments which provided effective performance and reliability. This resulted in over 2000 hours of successful research and development testing. Products of the testing were implemented across the United States, as well as multiple other countries.
