As the first hire for this new department, I’ve been fortunate to play a key role in building and reshaping this side of the business. Previously, I worked directly with software companies to help them launch, manage, and scale their programs within our network: consulting with them on best practices, conducting product trainings, providing technical support, and often strategizing with them on change management within their organization.I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and establishing long-term relationships that are built on trust and mutual success.
