Section Supervisor
CurrentHeavy Wheel Shop Section Supervisor Responsibilities is to provide leadership thru example to all DynCorp employees and Sub contractors assigned to the Maintenance Shop. The Section Supervisor is responsible to review all reports and to forward all Contract Data Requirements List Data to Site Management. The Section Supervisor is required to coordinate Vehicle repair actions with the Peshmerga command that has oversight at the maintenance shop The Section Supervisor requests repair parts first from the Peshmerga then from the DynCorp Warehouse. The Section Supervisor is responsible for all DynCorp and host nation Safety and Hazardous Materials handling regulations and rules. The Shop Section Supervisor presents the Daily safety tool box topic training to all assigned shop personnel. The Section Supervisor assigns work assignments to all FSR’s and provide work instructions for all Maintenance Shop operations. The Section Supervisor is responsible of the security of all DynCorp and Peshmerga property such as computers and tools and Facilities within the Maintenance Shop. The Section Supervisor ensures the On the Job Training (OJT) is being preformed to the Technical Manual standards and that the Shop Technical Manual Library is complete and up to date. The Shop Section Supervisor coordinates with the Interpreter to Translate all inspection forms in Kurdish to be given to Peshmerga Army Commanders. DynCorp Heavy Wheel Shop Section Supervisor ensures that all maintenance Forms and Trackers are properly completed and is submitted to the DynCorp leadership on time. The Heavy Wheel Shop assist the Quality Control and Managers when requested with any Audits, Inspections and Reviews.
