As a Data Analyst at CanPak Hospital since November 2023, I have played a pivotal role in optimizing hospital operations through the development and deployment of custom Python-based applications. These applications were crucial in ensuring system readiness before the hospital's official launch. My work involved designing and implementing data pipelines to facilitate the seamless flow of healthcare data across various systems, thereby supporting effective decision-making processes. Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and IT teams, I translated key requirements into scalable software solutions that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, I engineered robust database systems for patient management, optimizing data retrieval and storage to ensure future integration with the hospital’s IT infrastructure. I also conducted rigorous testing and debugging of software modules to ensure high reliability and performance in the pre-launch environment.

I was responsible for identifying the procurement needs of the projects assigned to me, such as CanPak Hospital in Karachi. I researched potential suppliers, negotiated contracts, managed supplier relationships, and ensured timely and cost-effective procurement.

I learned to manage databases, write queries, and optimize performance. While understanding backup strategies and ensuring data integrity. Working with teams, solving database issues, and contributing to efficient data management.

My role was to coordinate organizational administration, supervise teams, and ensure seamless daily office operations. With responsibilities, including streamlining processes, overseeing personnel, managing budgets, and facilitating efficient communication within the company.
