Leads operational, administrative, and fiscal functions for the Fisher Leadership Initiative, a student leadership development center at Max M. Fisher College of Business impacting over 8,400 undergraduate business students, ensuring alignment with academic cycles to maximize engagement and results. Supervises a team of 5 full-time administrative staff and 4 student staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership to ensure successful project management. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance the mission of the center.
