My name is Dylan Kaplan. I am an early-stage venture capital investor who is currently an MBA candidate at NYU's Stern School of Business specializing in corporate finance and corporate strategy. I am an artistic entrepreneur who strives to be at the forefront of performance research and cutting-edge technologies to express the power of entertainment to a global audience. My work experience demonstrates consistent leadership through executive communications, fundraising, quantitative analysis, and strategy implementation within multiple entertainment companies.My persistence and drive to transform ideas into executable projects, and my ability to foster relationships across disciplines, have led to my receiving a Tony Award for Best Musical Revival, three Tony Award Nominations and an Emmy Award Nomination in Outstanding Arts and Popular Culture Original Programming, as well as leading strategic partnerships with innovative theatre companies, top Broadway and West End producers, and literature, movie, television, and children’s brands. I look forward to leveraging my strategic skillset to explore the next chapter of my career in venture capital.
