This strategic enhancement centralized dispatch processes within WMOS and generated a $150K net ROI for the company.• Conceptualized and led the development of a sophisticated Reservation system, integrating seven interfaces across different WMOS flows. This initiative played a crucial role in streamlining inventory transfers between various warehouse zones, yielding a net ROI of $300K for the company.
